anxietyUltimately, anxiety is there to help us. But, this feeling can be problematic when we become so overwhelmed we struggle to stay present or have difficulty even getting started. Anxious thoughts or feelings can feel all consuming and it can be hard to see the reality of what’s going on.

parenting and postpartumI find that parenting can be a parallel process. As we raise our children, we can also learn how to better show up as our true selves in the world.

how to trust yourself: a deck to help with the anxiety of being human
I created this deck with people i’ve loved to help you dig deeper into those anxious feelings so they can better move through you. It covers five common anxieties- Death, Relationships, Climate, Past & Future, and Money. Each type of anxiety is divvied up into actionable items you can do in an anxious moment and how you can dig deeper into these feelings in a calm moment. Within the sections you will find prompts, guided meditations and questions to write about or ponder- all of which are backed by research or by what i’ve seen directly help myself or my clients.
